With a background in history and a keen visual eye, Mithea enjoys assisting her clients in making a lasting impact on the Canadian landscape through their land development projects. Working as an associate lawyer at Wood Bull LLP, Mithea supports clients in municipal law and land use planning matters, passionately advocating for clients across a diverse spectrum of issues.

In her role, Mithea regularly drafts Ontario Land Tribunal appeal materials, including notice of motion and appeal forms. She also drafts by-law language for municipalities, addressing zoning matters such as student housing permits. Mithea actively participates in case management conferences on behalf of clients and conducts comprehensive research, producing memoranda on various municipal law and land use planning issues. This includes formulating legal strategies on motions to dismiss, people zoning, threshold determinations under the Planning Act, premature complete applications, and assisting with Freedom of Information requests involving the review and redaction of requested documents.
