On May 6, 2014 Toronto City Council passed amendments to the zoning by-laws of the former municipalities and the City-wide Harmonized Zoning By-law to regulate Medical Marihuana Production Facilities (“MMPFs”).
The by-law amendments were previously considered and approved by Council on April 2, 2014. The 20 day appeal period will begin to run once the City provides notice of the passing of the by-laws in accordance with section 34(18) of the Planning Act.
