The Town of Aurora is seeking feedback on potentially introducing a split rate structure to its non-residential development charges and/or discounts to its industrial development charges. The Town currently has a uniform development charge for all non-residential development, as set out in its Development Charges By-law No. 5585-14, passed in April 2014.
The Town is asking for all comments by November 14, 2014.
