The City of Toronto’s recently established Local Appeal Body (“TLAB”) is scheduled for its panel orientation meeting on February 10th, 2017 at 9:00am at the Scarborough Civic Centre. The meeting will provide an overview of the TLAB’s operations and policies to its newly appointed member panel, including presentations from City Planning, the Integrity Commissioner, City Court Services, and the TLAB Chair, Ian Lord.
The TLAB will also consider at its orientation meeting the proposed 2017 TLAB meeting schedule. If approved, the first TLAB meeting will be held on February 24th, 2017, followed by two more meetings in early March. Deadlines for the close and distribution of the agenda are also provided for each meeting.
